At Moreiras Pizza Bar, great pride is taken in the commitment to using only the freshest ingredients, ensuring that every bite is filled with flavor. The fior di latte, privately imported from Puglia, Italy, is used to provide an authentic creaminess to the pizzas and pastas that cannot be replicated. Additionally, the pizza dough is prepared multiple times a week and allowed to ferment for a full 48 hours. Our pizza oven is made in Italy and is the first to be approved by the Vera Pizza Association of Naples, ensuring that every pizza is cooked to perfection. This meticulous process guarantees that the very best is enjoyed by our customers, reflecting a dedication to quality and tradition in every dish that is served.
